Minimum Stays
Deluxe Villas & Villas minimum booking 2 nights.
The following minimum stays applies to all accomodation:
- Easter - 4 night minimum stay
- Long Weekends - 3 night minimum stay

Please Note that children under the age of 9 are not allowed to play or sleep on the top bunk
Deposits
Deposits must be paid within 14 days of booking. Booking deposits required are $150.00 on each unit of accommodation and $40.00 on each site.
Refunds
With a minimum 48 hours notice a full refund given, EXCEPT in PEAK PERIODS where 4 days Notice is required.
